Account, membership and billing
For anything to do with your account, use the members help center. That includes logging in, your profile and photos, memberships, renewals, cancelling and any charge you don't recognize. It helps to have the email address you joined with to hand.
Two things you can do yourself, any time: cancel a membership in Settings > Billing, and delete your account by clicking your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account. If you can't log in, start with login help.
Reporting a member
If a member asks you for money, gift cards or crypto, makes you uncomfortable, or seems to be using someone else's photos, stop replying and report them through the members help center. Include their profile name and a short description of what happened, and keep copies of the messages.
If you've lost money, call your bank first and then report it to the official body for your country. Where to report a romance scam lists them, and our safety page explains what to do next. In an emergency, call 911 (US and Canada), 999 (UK) or 000 (Australia).

If something on this website is wrong or out of date, such as a closed group, a changed phone number or a broken link, please tell us through the same members help center. Tell us the page address and what needs fixing. How we handle corrections is set out in our editorial policy.
