Deleting your account

Click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account. Cancel any membership first in Settings > Billing, because deleting a profile and stopping payments are separate steps. Login help covers what to do if you can't get in.

Reporting a problem

Report a member who asks for money, is abusive or seems to be using someone else's photos through the members help center, with their profile name and what happened. If you've already sent money, call your bank first, then the official body for your country; where to report a romance scam lists them for the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

Is it legit?

Yes, in the plain sense: it's a working dating service run by a registered company, with the billing name shown before you pay, published terms and a cancel button in your account settings. Like every dating site, it can't promise that everyone you meet is who they say they are. That's why our safety page matters as much as this one, and why our editorial policy explains how we check what we publish.

Questions people ask

How do I stop my Just Senior Singles membership renewing?

Log in to the members area and go to Settings > Billing, then cancel. Memberships, including the trial, renew automatically at the end of each period until you do. Cancelling stops the next payment; to remove your profile as well, click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account. Check your next card statement to confirm no further charge.

Can I get a refund from Just Senior Singles?

The members terms allow a pro-rata refund only when at least 40% of the paid period is still unused. Outside that, payments are not usually refunded, so cancel before a renewal date if you don't want to continue. Read the current terms in the members help center for the full conditions, and contact the help center to ask.

Which countries can join Just Senior Singles?

The members area accepts sign-ups from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, Portugal, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. The site is written first for US readers, and our guides also cover reporting lines and local groups in the UK and Australia.

Who can see my profile?

Other members of Just Senior Singles can see your profile, and so can members of partner sites in the same network, who can also message you. Each profile shows which site the member joined from. Because your profile is seen by people you haven't met, keep your full name, address, workplace and phone number out of your profile, and share them only when you're ready.
