Where to log in
The members area has its own address: members.justseniorsingles.com/login. Bookmark it, or save it to your phone's home screen, so you don't have to search for it each time.
Searching for the login page can turn up look-alike sites. Check the address bar shows members.justseniorsingles.com before you type your password, and never enter it on a page you reached from an unexpected email or text.
If you've forgotten your password
- Go to the login page.
- Choose the option to reset your password.
- Enter the email address you joined with.
- Open the email that arrives and follow the link to set a new password.
If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you used the same email address you joined with. Some people have more than one.
Other common snags
- "Wrong password" when you're sure it's right: check Caps Lock is off, and that your phone hasn't added a capital letter or a space at the start.
- The page won't load or keeps logging you out: close the browser completely and open it again, or try a different browser.
- Still stuck: contact the members help center. Contact us explains what to include.
You found a charge you don't recognize
The checkout shows the billing name that will appear on your card statement before you pay. Payments across the partner network go through a checkout called Dating Foundry, so a charge under that name may be a membership. Memberships renew automatically until they're cancelled, so a charge you weren't expecting is often a renewal. The prices page explains how renewal works.
If you don't think you or anyone in your household joined, contact your bank as well as the members help center.
Cancelling and deleting
To stop paying: log in, go to Settings > Billing and cancel your membership. This stops the next renewal; your profile stays unless you delete it.
To delete your account: log in, click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account. Cancel any membership first.
If you're leaving because something about another member worried you, please read our safety advice and report them through the help center. If you're coming back after a break, how it works is a quick refresher.
Questions people ask

Search each of your inboxes for messages from Just Senior Singles. If you still can't find it, contact the members help center with your name, date of birth and any email addresses you might have used.
Does cancelling delete my profile?
No. Cancelling in Settings > Billing stops future payments. To remove your profile, click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.
