Join, look around, then decide if it's worth paying
Signing up asks for three things: an email address, a password and your date of birth. After that you can write your profile, add photos, browse other members and say hello without paying anything. Reading and replying to messages is the part that needs a paid membership.
One thing to know before you start: Just Senior Singles shares its member profiles with partner sites in the same network. People who joined one of those sites can see your profile and write to you, and every profile shows which site the member joined from. Every membership, including the trial, renews by itself at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancelling takes a minute in Settings > Billing, and it stops the next payment. The prices page covers the optional extras, refunds and what shows up on your card statement.

How to tell a sweetheart from a scammer
Romance scammers put real effort into people over 50, and the FTC says older adults are much more likely than younger ones to report losing money to a romance scam. The script is familiar once you know it: a quick declaration of love, a reason they can never video call or meet, then a sudden emergency that needs money, gift cards or crypto. Someone who asks you for money is not your sweetheart, however long you've been talking.
If it happens, stop replying, call your bank, and report it. In the US that's the FTC; in England, Wales and Northern Ireland it's Report Fraud; in Scotland, Police Scotland on 101; in Canada, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre; in Australia, ReportCyber if you've lost money or Scamwatch if you haven't. Can I try it before I pay anything?
Yes. Joining, setting up your profile, browsing and saying hello cost nothing. To read and reply to messages you need a paid membership; the price table on this page shows the options, including a short trial that renews monthly unless you cancel.
What name will my card statement show?
The checkout shows the exact billing name before you pay, so make a note of it. Payments for Just Senior Singles and its partner sites go through the network's checkout, Dating Foundry, so a charge under that name may be your membership. If a charge puzzles you, ask the members help center.
How do I stop paying?
Memberships renew on their own until you cancel in Settings > Billing. If you'd like your profile gone altogether, click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.
Will everyone I see be over 50?
The site is made for people over 50, but it shares profiles with partner sites and any adult can join: 18 and up, or 21 in Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska and Wyoming. Check someone's age on their profile before you write.
Does anyone check the members?
Every photo is reviewed, but nobody verifies what members say about themselves. Some add an optional, paid photo ID badge. Badge or no badge, never send money to someone you met online.
